Where do you deliver to?
Mainland UK & Isle of Wight.
We can also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles and the Isle of Man but there will be an additional postage fee of £5.
Please call us to organise this as the website is not geared to handle deliveries to these areas as yet!
What time of the day do you deliver and what will it cost?
For local deliveries in Dorset:
We try and deliver after 17:30 to give people a chance to get home from work. Delivery is free over £25.
Mail order deliveries - Nationwide:
Goods are couriered using Initial City Link.
The listed postage is for Monday - Friday before 17.30
Costs:
Orders less than £25 costs £10
Orders less than £45 (but more than £25) costs £7
Orders less than £75 (but more than £45) costs £5
More than £75 Free delivery
Although they are usually delivered in the morning it cannot be guaranteed.
We can organise a more specific time for deliveries but again there is an additional charge
Delivery before 10:30 am costs an additional £10.00
Delivery before 12:00 am costs an additional £7.00
Saturday morning deliveries costs an additional £16.00
Again please call to arrange this as it is not included in the websites standard charges.
What if I am out when my food arrives?
For mail orders:
You can leave specific instructions as to what to do if you are out, maybe deliver to your neighbour or leave the box in the porch. We always advise you find a suitably shaded spot and remember to unpack your order and put it straight in the freezer on your return. You must add this detail in the 'Additional order information' box if ordering via the website or let us know if you may not be in if ordering over the phone and we can tell the driver.
For local deliveries in Dorset:
Again you can give us instructions to leave it with a neighbour or you may wish to leave a cool box out in the porch.
