Aubergines, butternut squash & lentils flavoured with chilli & blended spices, then simmered in a coconut sauce.

Ingredients

Butternut squash, tomato, coconut milk (17%), aubergine (13%), lentils, onion, red pepper, courgette, garlic, ginger, sugar, cumin, coriander seed, turmeric, cardamom, fenugreek, chilli, sea salt*.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from frozen.

Appliances vary and times given are a guide for conventional ovens. These may need to be reduced if using a fan assisted oven.

Preheat oven to 190oC/375oF/Gas Mark 5.
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid.
Place on a baking sheet in the centre of the oven and heat for 45-50 minutes. Ensure piping hot before serving.

This dish can also be heated in the microwave. Instructions given are for an 800W microwave. Please increase/decrease cooking time in relation to the power of your own appliance.

Remove sleeve and pierce film. Cook on full heat for 3 minutes. Peel back film, stir and recover with film. Cook for a further 3 minutes and leave to stand for a further 1 minute. Ensure piping hot before serving.
